The Race for Parliament Programme is a political leadership pipeline intervention designed to prepare and support women to participate effectively in leadership and electoral processes leading towards the 2027/2028 General Elections in Lesotho. This baseline survey seeks to establish participants' current status, experiences, knowledge, attitudes, aspirations, and readiness for political leadership.
